A Jolly Good Show.

This is nothing whatsoever to do with writing, but does take in some of my other interests - namely, vintage style, parties and general silliness. I think now would be a good time to be young and carefree in London with this kind of event going on (when I lived there it was all raves - blah). I'm keen to check out this Chap magazine as well... just the thing for the chaps in my life.

Thanks to Fleur de Guerre for her wonderful blog, Diary of a Vintage Girl, to make me envious.

Nostalgia for the past - anyone would think there was a recession going on!

Sigh! I need more vintage frocks in my life. Might not happen until after my portfolio gets handed in!

I would love to join the vintage brigade, but, alas, I don't think there were that many 'dolls' of my height (5'11"): whenever I try on vintge, it looks like I've raided my daughter's closet!

I can't believe I haven't commented to say thanks yet, Rachael! You are lovely!

PS to Rachel Fenton: I am also 5'11 and as you can see from my blog, wear nothing but vintage!
