Very intrigued to know how this will turn out...read the blurb but haven't read the book yet - such a huge list of literature pending - oh to have been Austen, when being well read meant you had actually read everything that had been published, and it was not a Herculean feat!
This was one of my favourite novels that I've read over the last few years, I'm really looking forward to the movie.
(Knox's writing improved so much from her first novel, After Z-Hour through to this 'polished' novel.)

This is how in the ball I am...just started reading Time Traveller's wife...! But so many things that invade my reading process...haven't been able to lose myself in it yet, too busy picking the devices to bits I suppose...though Henry reads deliciously, but would not have picked up that book in a million years if you hadn't mentioned it - so thanks! I'll probably comment on Vitners in about three years time...
I've just watched that clip properly (had a few distractions the first time).
Um, I hope the movie hasn't turned the story into a simple love triangle between the man and the two women, with the Angel - can't remember his name off the top of my head - an adjunct.
Guess I'll have to watch the movie and find out.
Looks like lovely production values and cinematography.
Mark, in answer to your concerns about eth trailer, and this applies to the Time Traveller's Wife trailer too: I have recently found out that director's of films often don't have any say in the trailer, and it is made by the producers. The result is often skewed towards a marketing slant, so the trailer is moulded to fit one selling point eg a love triangle. That is quite possibly what has happened here - with a complex film, they can't get every aspect of it in the trailer, so they just focus one one easy to market idea.
Yes, you're probably right on that Rachael, or at least, I certainly hope you are. I await the release with interest (and a little trepidation).
